1. Order

There are 3 possibilities to place an order:

* by phone,
* by Email,
* through the onlineshop.

In case of an order by e-mail or through our onlineshop, we confirm by e-mail the order before we ship. If a customer tell us an e-mail adress while he order by phone, we will also confirm this order by e-mail.

Should a customer tell us a wrong address, e-mail, phone or any other customer detail, we won't ship this order.


2. Shipping costs

3. Payment

Right now we offer 3 ways to pay an order:

* Moneyoder (by banktransfer to our bank account before shipping),
* Cash On Delivery (only for customers based in Austria and Germany),
* Paypal (before shipping).

If the order is paid by Cash On Delivery, we have to add some extra costs for the fee the post is asking from us.


4. Shipping

Our packages are delivered by GLS Austria or Österreichische Post AG.
